Nutritionists, breakfast enthusiasts, and mothers, you might want to close your ears here. But I’ll admit—albeit shamefully—I’m a breakfast skipper. I know it’s bad. I even feel guilty about it. But sometimes, the thought of cooking breakfast after groggily taking my first sip of coffee is just too much.
